No: AP01074801101246) for stock broking activities.

For clients who opt for Distribution Engagement, we provide only suitability advice, and our compensation comes in the form of brokerage. It could be noted that we have stopped onboarding Distribution Engagement clients.

For our Advisory Clients, we strictly follow SEBI Investment Adviser guidelines. We do not earn any commissions or brokerages from advisory clients and our revenue comes only from transparent fees. Even when clients use us for implementation, we ensure investments are routed through low-cost, no-cost, or direct options meaning we do not earn brokerage or commissions from these transactions.

To ensure fairness and alignment, the Directors, Employees, and their immediate family members may also invest in financial portfolios and strategies that are similar to those we recommend to clients. This reinforces our philosophy of “practicing what we preach.”

We also recommend products regulated by other authorities such as RBI, IRDA, PFRDA, and RERA. We do not earn any referal fees or commision on these recomendation. Please note that products under these regulators fall outside SEBI’s grievance redressal mechanism.
