Naveen Julian Rego has a majority stake in Naveen Rego Capital Private Limited which is an execution only company, distributing Indian Mutual Fund schemes (under the broker code ARN – 23315), Bonds/Deposits and doing stock broking (as a franchisee with Sharekhan). In lieu of the distributor/brokerage agreement, the said company receives brokerage depending on the scheme & the assets transacted.

However, all new incremental clients are made to invest in low cost/direct options if opting for plan implementation with us. We do not earn any brokerage/commission on these transactions.

Naveen Julian Rego, his immediate family members and the employees will have exposure in similar financial portfolios and strategies as that recommended to the clients.
