Naveen Rego Capital Private Limited is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor distributing  SEBI Registered Indian Mutual Fund schemes (under the distributor code ARN – 23315). We also distribute Bonds/Deposits/other financial products by having arrangements with few companies. We are Authorised Person with Sharekhan (Reg. No:AP01074801101246) doing stock broking activities. In lieu of the distributor/brokerage agreement, the  company receives brokerage depending on the scheme & the assets transacted.

Clients who have opted for Distribution Engagement are given suitability advise only and our compensation for such clients is brokerage  /commission.

As per SEBI Investment Adviser guidelines, we do not earn commissions/ brokerages from our advisory clients and do not earn fees from our distribution clients.

Advisory clients doing plan implementation with us are made to invest in low cost, no cost and direct options.  We do not earn any brokerage/commission on these transactions.

The Directors, employees and their immediate family members  will have exposure in similar financial portfolios and strategies as that recommended to the clients.

We also recommend products which are under the jurisdiction of other Regulators i.e. RBI, IRDA, PFRDA and RERA. It should be noted that such products are beyond the scope of SEBI’s grievance mechanism.
