Annual Advisory Comprehensive Engagement
Ideal for those seeking regular handholding, reviews, and implementation support.
Key Features:
1. Comprehensive Financial Guidance: Receive expert opinions on your entire personal finances, along with regular access to our advisory desk throughout the year.
2. Regular Portfolio Reviews: Benefit from one to four comprehensive reviews (based on portfolio size and fees) annually, covering your financial goals and portfolio. These reviews may be conducted internally or externally, with prompt communication to ensure transparency.
3. Dedicated Advisory Support: Interact with our advisory desk at any time to resolve financial queries and concerns.
4. Broad Investment Coverage: Receive guidance on all Indian regulated investment, liability, and insurance products.
5. Ongoing Investment Insights: Stay informed about investment opportunities and rebalancing strategies through regular communications.
6. Market Volatility Support: Get market timing support during periods of high volatility (based on portfolio size and fees), helping you navigate complex market conditions.
7. Tax Support: Enjoy tax filing support, including advance tax notifications and reconciliation of tax statements. Please note that fees for filing IT returns or additional tax guidance beyond your financial portfolio will be borne by the client.
Annual Advisory Lite Engagement
Ideal for those seeking regular handholding and reviews without implementation support.
Key Features:
- Core Advisory Services: This plan includes all features of the Annual Advisory Comprehensive Engagement, excluding points 5, 6, and 7.
- No Execution and Reporting Support: Clients are responsible for managing their own execution and reporting requirements.
- Portfolio Reporting Requirement: Clients must provide their portfolio report in our specified format during the financial review exercise.
- Online Portfolio Reporting Tool: We provide an online portfolio reporting tool, offering a centralized platform to access and manage your entire portfolio and personal finances.
One Time Advisory Engagement
Ideal for self-directed investors or those with existing advisors/brokers seeking to revalidate their strategy.
Key Features:
- Assignment-Based Billing: Fees are billed on a per-assignment basis. Future queries after completion of the assignment will incur separate charges.
- Comprehensive Query Resolution: Get expert guidance on financial plans, retirement plans, financial/insurance products, taxation, or specific strategies.
- Expertise-Based Billing: Fees are determined by the time and expertise required to complete the assignment.
- Flexible Engagement: Engage with us for a minimum of one hour to a maximum of 30 days.
- Hourly Engagement: Hourly clients will receive verbal advice during interactions, with no documented advice provided.
- Project-Based Engagement: Project-based clients will receive documented advice and can seek clarification for up to 30 days.
- No Implementation Support: We do not provide implementation support, but can introduce you to low-cost platforms/products.
- Option to Transition: Clients can transition to our Annual Advisory Engagement model, with fees quoted accordingly. Clients who transition within one month can offset previously paid fees against the annual advisory engagement fees.
- Limited Ongoing Support: We will not initiate contact with One-Time Advisory Engagement clients for portfolio rebalancing, market timing opportunities, or important communications.
Implementation Support
Key Features:
- Complimentary with Annual Advisory Comprehensive Engagement: This service is exclusively available to clients enrolled in our Annual Advisory Comprehensive Engagement.
- Online Portfolio Reporting and Execution Tool: Access your entire portfolio and personal finances through our online tool, streamlining your financial data management.
- Financial Transaction Implementation: We facilitate the implementation of financial transactions (stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, REITs, bonds, etc.) in coordination with various entities, as required.
- Low-Cost Transaction Options: We execute/suggest transactions using direct/low-cost options to minimize costs. Please note that we do not generate revenue from these transactions.
- Regular Portfolio Reconciliation: We perform regular portfolio reconciliations for transactions executed through our desk.
- Capital Gains Statement: Receive capital gains statements for filing IT returns at the end of the financial year and/or paying advance tax, if applicable.
- Convenience and Ease: Implementing financial transactions through our implementation support offers ease and convenience.
- Client Responsibility for KYC Updates: Clients are responsible for updating KYC documents, correcting name mismatches, and linking Aadhaar and PAN. We provide support based on client cooperation.
- Transaction Execution Limitations: We only execute transactions aligned with our financial advice. Clients are responsible for executing transactions beyond our advice.
Important Notes
- Quote and Fee Payment: A quote will be provided before the engagement term begins. Fees must be paid according to the specified schedule.
- Conflict-Free Advice: Our fees are the sole remuneration for these engagements, ensuring no conflict of interest.
- Confidentiality: Data shared during interactions will be kept confidential and used only for professional purposes.
- Communication Channels: Interactions will occur through in-person meetings or electronic mediums like emails, phone calls, Google Meet, WhatsApp, BOTIM, and Zoom.
- Responsibility for Advice: We are responsible for advice and recommendations provided during the engagement term. Please note that some advice may be time-sensitive.
- Changes to Engagement Options and Fee Structure: We reserve the right to modify our engagement options and fee structure in the future, with prior notice to existing clients. Any changes will be prospective.
- Regulatory Compliance: All regulatory documentation and compliance with SEBI Investment Adviser guidelines must be completed before engaging our services.
